JuandelaCiervasoldtheAmericanmanufacturingrightstoHaroldPitcairnin1928.Pitcairn&#39sAutogiroboastedamoremodernfuselagewithbetteraerodynamicqualities.Italsoprovidedprospectivebuyerswithachoiceofeithera300-or420-horsepowerengine.
